How much does shipping cost for large furniture items?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free delivery available on purchases over $999. Shipping costs for smaller items are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service in select areas which includes professional assembly and packaging removal. You can select this option during the checkout process.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Affordable Furniture products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase.
Can I track my delivery status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large freight deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
